At registration: your email address, username, and password (stored only as an irreversible hash — we never see your plain-text password).

During use of the Site: balance, case-opening/transaction history, and IP address for security purposes (to prevent abuse).

From our payment provider (crypto payment infrastructure): transaction ID and amount — your card/wallet details never reach us, they are processed directly by the payment provider.

2. How We Use This Information

To create and verify your account, manage your balance and case-opening history, detect fraud/abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We use your email only for account verification, important account notices, and (if you explicitly reach out) support correspondence — we do not send marketing emails.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

Some data is shared with the following third-party service providers so we can deliver the service: Google Firebase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), NOWPayments (crypto payment processing).

We never sell or rent your data for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies

The Site uses only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for as long as required by our legal/accounting obligations.
