Terms of Service

1. General

VP Champion ("the Site", "we") is a digital entertainment platform operated at vpchampion.com. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

VP Champion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Riot Games, Inc. in any way. "VALORANT" and "VP" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here solely to describe the product.

2. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By passing the age verification step, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Use of platforms like this may be subject to local laws in some countries/regions — it is your responsibility to check the legal status in your jurisdiction before using the Site.

3. Account

You confirm that the information you provide at registration is accurate, and that you are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your password.

Each user may only hold one account. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended.

4. Balance & Payments

Funds you deposit via cryptocurrency are credited to your account as "site credit". This balance is not legal tender — it may only be used for actions within the Site, such as opening cases.

Balance cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn to a bank account. Prizes won can only be redeemed as the corresponding digital code (VP code, etc.), subject to stock availability.

The Site is not responsible for deposits made in error or for cryptocurrency network fees.

5. Case Opening & Odds

The odds for every case are clearly published on the Site and are computed server-side using a predetermined, cryptographically verifiable ("provably fair") method.

Case results are generated server-side at the moment of opening and cannot be altered. You can verify a result was not manipulated using the fairness data (server seed hash, etc.) shown on the result screen.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Exploiting security vulnerabilities, automated/bot transactions, use of fraudulent identity or payment information, and filing chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Accounts found engaging in such conduct may have their balance reset, be permanently closed, and — where warranted — be referred for legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
